  1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between JM Global and the customer (“you”, “your”) for the provision of proxy shopping, parcel forwarding, dropshipping, and freight forwarding services.
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

  1. Nature of Services

JM Global acts solely as a purchasing and forwarding agent.
We are not the manufacturer, seller, or owner of any goods purchased on your behalf, and we make no warranties, express or implied, as to their quality, authenticity, fitness for purpose, or compliance with any regulations.

  1. Fees and Payment

3.1 Our service fee is 5.5% of the total cost, including:

Product purchase price

Domestic Korean shipping cost (if applicable)

International shipping cost

3.2 Additional fees may apply for optional services such as:

Custom gift/dropshipping packaging

Extended storage

3.3 Full payment, including service fees, shipping fees, and any other applicable charges, must be received before dispatch.

3.4 All payments are non-refundable once orders are placed with the merchant.

  1. Storage

4.1 Storage is provided free for seven (7) calendar days from the date your parcel arrives at our warehouse.

4.2 After the free period, storage is charged at HKD 10 per package per day.

4.3 If storage fees remain unpaid for sixty (30) days, JM Global reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the goods without further notice or liability to you.

  1. Prohibited and Restricted Items

5.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the goods you request us to purchase or forward comply with:

Laws and import regulations of the destination country

Carrier restrictions

5.2 Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):

Dangerous goods, flammable items, explosives, toxic substances

Illegal drugs or controlled substances

Live animals or plants

Perishable goods without prior agreement

5.3 JM Global is not liable for any goods seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs.

  1. Packaging and Consolidation

6.1 Standard parcel consolidation and basic repackaging are included in the service fee.

6.2 Special packaging (gift wrap, branded packaging, bubble wrap etc.) is available at an additional fee upon request.

6.3 JM Global reserves the right to open, inspect, and repackage any shipment to ensure compliance with carrier and customs requirements.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 All shipping charges are based on actual weight, dimensions, and destination.

7.2 JM Global is not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or third parties

Loss, damage, or theft occurring after dispatch from our warehouse

Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees

7.3 Customers may request shipping insurance for an additional cost; otherwise, JM Global’s liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific transaction.

  1. Inspection and Quality

8.1 Upon request, JM Global can provide photographs or videos of goods prior to shipment.

8.2 JM Global is not liable for:

Defects, damage, or incorrect items supplied by the merchant

Variations in product specifications, colours, or packaging

  1. Customer Obligations

You must:

Provide accurate and complete order information

Make timely payment for goods, fees, and shipping

Comply with all laws and import regulations

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order is placed with the merchant, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for out-of-stock or cancelled items by the merchant will be processed according to the merchant’s refund policy, less any non-recoverable fees.

  1. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, JM Global’s liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected transaction.

11.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11.3 If insurance is purchased, claims must be made directly to the carrier.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JM Global, its directors, employees, and agents from all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities arising from your use of our services.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Returns & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1/8/2025

  1. No Returns Accepted

As JM Global is not the seller or manufacturer of goods, we do not accept returns once the item has been shipped from the original merchant or from our warehouse.

  1. Merchant Returns

If the original merchant accepts returns:

The customer must bear all return shipping costs, customs duties, and fees.

JM Global may assist in the return process for an additional handling fee.

  1. Damaged or Lost Goods

If insurance was purchased, claims must be filed with the carrier.

Without insurance, JM Global’s liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid.

  1. Refunds

Service fees are non-refundable.

Refunds for unavailable or cancelled items are subject to the merchant’s own refund policy.
